I was very taken by the wide selection of buns in the shop and couldn&#8217;t resist taking a few snapshots.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm3.static.flickr.com\/2573\/4090352503_e51d234527.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"IMG_8888\" \/><\/a><\/br><br \/>\nI loved the shop signage<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm3.static.flickr.com\/2771\/4090351985_8972c77a99.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"IMG_8887\" \/><\/a><\/br><br \/>\nDifferent types of <i>Mantou<\/i> (\u9945\u982d) or steamed buns. There are ones filled with spring onions, while others are plain, and others have chocolate etc. What a variety!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm3.static.flickr.com\/2685\/4090351295_b5302d5ce2.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"IMG_8886\" \/><\/a><\/br><br \/>\nSee the bakers at work behind glass screens in the shop<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm3.static.flickr.com\/2467\/4090350617_c2f81e6afb.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"IMG_8885\" \/><\/a><\/br><br \/>\nThe purple buns are my favourite &#8216;cos they&#8217;re filled with yam paste. I love anything that has yam (also known as taro)! The orange ones that look like pumpkins are filled with black sesame (\u9ed1\u829d\u9ebb\u5305). There are also buns filled with meat &#038; vegetables (\u83dc\u8089\u5305\uff09 and chicken &#038; mushroom (\u9999\u83c7\u9e21\u5377) among others.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm3.static.flickr.com\/2649\/4091116392_b3db6a92cb.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"IMG_8884\" \/><\/a><\/br><br \/>\nThese buns were so adorable.
