I know it sounds weird, but those who know food will know that this combination works &#8211; such a stroke of brilliance by the chef at Sha Tin 18!<br \/>\nCut to resemble the cube-like \u8150\u4e73, the faint salty flavour from the \u8150\u4e73 adds more dimension to this light cheesecake&#8217;s taste. Think seasalt caramel &#8211; same concept.
