There aren&#8217;t really a thousand streams, but I guess there were quite a few small ones hence the name. The Chinese sometimes love to exaggerate. Even though it was raining almost the whole time we were hiking, we weren&#8217;t too bothered as we were planning on getting wet anyway. But as the sea was too rough due to the strong winds, we stayed safe and didn&#8217;t jump into the water to swim. Along the way, we spot the Two Grains of Rice (\u4e24\u7c92\u7c73), ie the two small islands in the distance.
