Everything in there is edible – makes you almost feel like you’re eating soil and leaves. And what’s inside? Here’s the list: soft chocolate, hazelnut and almond praline, rose geranium cream, sour cherry sorbet, blackberry jellies, green tea, licorice, chocolate twigs, crystallised fennel fronds

The dessert is quite possibly the most expensive dessert I’ve had thus far. But I’ve gotta say it was really good. I loved the play of textures and flavours. Soft one moment, powdery the next and before you know it there are some crunchy bits in your mouth. The sour cherry sorbet not only adds an attractive pop of colour with its cherry red appearance, it also balances the sweetness from the chocolate, praline and licorice.

I’d also recommend ordering a pot of tea as it comes with a small plate of dessert and petit fours.

The small plate of dessert that came with the tea – sorry I can’t quite remember what it was!
