It&#8217;s like I have solar chips under my skin &#8211; I love the feeling when my epithelial cells absorb the energy from the sun&#8217;s warmth.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, I have read all the literature on the damage caused by solar rays on the skin. But I think a little sunshine couldn&#8217;t hurt when I&#8217;m trapped indoors for most part of each day.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s why I go for walks along the Central ferry pier during lunch time. Today lunch was had at Pier 7, a restaurant above, well, Pier 7. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Of course I chose the latter on a gorgeous day like today.
