In retrospect, I think I wasted some of my youth. There are things I regret not doing. For example, if I could go back to being 18, I would take a year or two off my studies to work as a flight attendant to travel and earn some money at the same time. At that age, my body would have been able to deal with the physical demands of the job while knowing I would be going back to study at university at the end of the stint. <\/p>\n

If I were in secondary school and university again, I would make use of opportunities to take part in more activities such as sailing, rock climbing etc. I was a slacker during those years. <\/p>\n

If I were in my 20s again, I would socialise and date more. Now I feel like I have completely missed the love boat.<\/p>\n

I would also have tried to question myself more, so as to figure out what I wanted to be. I would also have put down money on a property asap. Now that seems so out of reach with soaring property prices. <\/p>\n
