Winter days don’t get any better than this – clear blue skies with the sun shining high. On such days, I make sure I get out of the office to soak in some of that gorgeous sunshine during my lunch break.<\/p>\n

I like heading to the Barangaroo reserve, kicking off my shoes, and feeling the earth on my feet. I’ll sit down on the Stargazer Lawn (what a great name for this nice patch of grass!) and look out to the glistening waters of the Sydney harbour and the vassals that criss cross in one another’s wake.<\/p>\n
My midday walk is important to me. It helps to break up the day and refreshes me. Sitting in the office cubicle all day is just unhealthy and awful. If I didn’t get out for a walk, I would be utterly miserable.<\/p>\n
