Had dinner with my ex-classmates from JC last night. I was fashionably late–but for a good reason. I had to work late. Anyways, it’s been nine years already! Gee. To think that nine years ago this time of the year, we were all students from various secondary schools and we were all having fun, still caught in the orientation mood.
\nAnyway, nine years on, yesterday’s meeting was for one of the girls to officially announce her wedding plans. It’s like we’ve known about it for the longest time (one year and a bit ago) but it’s only now that she has gathered everyone together to make THE announcement. It was a bit of an anti-climax really, since everyone already knew what was coming. A bit DUH actually. But anyways, it was still a night of laughs and reminiscing AND bitching. About people we have always found annoying of course.
