Incredibly the rain continues in Sydney and the rest of New South Wales. It’s an insane amount of rain we have had here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Luckily for working from home, it means I don’t have to brave the rain to head into the CBD where my office is located. I don’t think I could go back to working full-time in the office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Twelve days ago I got struck down by the dreaded Covid. And oh boy did it strike me hard. I’m still nursing a dry and itchy cough and a stuffy nose. Four days later, A also tested positive and so both of us have been living a hermit existence. I’m amazed that I have managed to stay sane all this while without stepping out. I suppose I haven’t had the energy to do so even if I were allowed to do so. The rainy weather also hasn’t made it especially appealing to go out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I was supposed to be flying out tonight back to Singapore. I should have been at the airport as I write. But because of covid and my slow recovery process, I had to postpone my trip to late May to give myself more time to rest. It’s so disappointing but that’s life. First world problems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
