It&#8217;s slightly crisp on the surface, while the inside of the bread is as soft as a bed of feathers as you sink your teeth into it. Now, THAT&#8217;s comfort food for you.<br \/>\nAnyway, on Saturday I found a place which serves up a really good toast like the one just described. It&#8217;s an eatery along Zion Road called \u7cd6\u6c34 (Tong Shui). It serves other Hong Kong \u8336\u9910\u5385 (Cha Chaan Teng) favourites like \u8f66\u4ed4\u9762 (Che Zhai Meen) and Cantonese desserts.<br \/>\nThe place has a cheery feel with its fuschia pink and grass green coloured walls.
