I was grocery shopping at the Graham Street Market in Central yesterday when I decided I’d snap a few pictures to challenge myself to capture slices of Hong Kong. This shot was taken at a stall that sells bean sprouts and different types of tofu. I have never bought bean sprouts to cook it for myself as I’m not a huge fan of it. I find it rather tasteless and it doesn’t figure high on the list of nutritional vegetables. Still, I quite like this shot of fresh, plump bean sprouts soaking in tubs of water.
