It was raining throughout the morning and afternoon yesterday, but by late afternoon the rain had stopped. I stepped outside after a long day spent at home reading, cooking and watching some shows online. I took a short walk to the hills nearby and revelled in the earthy, clean smell of the earth after the rinsing from the rain. On the tree leaves, raindrops hang pretty like strings of pearls adorning a woman’s neck. Life’s beautiful moments are found in small things.
