Today’s the first time I have seen the weather widget on my phone showing the Sleet icon. Bbbrrrrrr. But guess where I was?

Out hiking with three friends in Sai Kung! When we reached the pavilion near the top of Sai Wan Shan, we saw icicles and that was when we realised how cold it really was.

It was quite an experience and I’m glad to have shared it with three friends from Singapore. I had a lovely time catching up with them as these are friends I have known for a long time.

I haven’t forgotten about my gratitude project. Today I give thanks for finishing the hike safely and for making memories with these friends. 🙂
