I love milk froth and it’s why I prefer cappuccino over a latte when I have coffee. On weekdays, I like having a soy matcha latte from the McCafe outlet near my office.

But I have found I have been spending too much money on those cups of matcha latte and decided I would buy a milk frother so that I can make the drink for myself.

I settled on the Nespresso Aeroccino 4 which is easy to use with just four modes – two types of hot foam, hot milk and cold foam.

I’m pleased to say that I’m happy with the results! This is my cup of soy milk and the micro foam is both dense, silky and fluffy at the same time.  Love this new toy in my kitchen!
