Boggle Beats Boredom

My classmates and I have come up with a way to dispel our boredom in our Tuesday 7 – 9pm class. Well ok, I admit to being the one to come up with the naughty idea but I think it works my brain more than the lesson does.
So we have taken to playing Boggle in class to wild away time. Our Boggle set is a very makeshift version of the actual Boggle set. You see, what we did was to shred paper into many small squares and write a letter of the alphabet on each square. We then pick 16 squares at random and arrange it four by four, as with the case of the actual Boggle game.
At the beginning, Joe & I were the only players. Eventually, Kate & Vanessa got very bored as well, and started to join in the game. Of course, we did it all very discreetly and we were seated at the table farthest away from the teacher. Haha.
But the teacher probably knew we were up to something. I know, this is really puerile and juvenile behaviour but the lesson is just unbearable. The other week, we had agreed to keep presentations short. But nnnnnoooooooooo, that is still not the case and there still isn’t much discussion in class. I mean, we have already made our stand known, but he just doesn’t want to change his style, so he has only himself to blame for not being able to engage his students.
Well, Joe’s keeping the squares at the moment. I suspect we’ll still be in need of it in future. ;p
