I love waffles. I love green tea. So I can’t help but love the combination of the two in this green tea waffle from the Yamazaki bakery chain in Hong Kong. This waffle also has some red beans – the whole bean and not the puréed version – in it to give added flavour and texture, and also to complete the Japanese spin on this Western confectionary.
