Roasted pumpkin which I made for lunch today
The pumpkin (known as 南瓜 in Chinese) was of the butternut variety which I think is one of the best for roasting. I love eating pumpkin, be it as a soup, a cake or it being roasted. The latter is probably the easiest to make. You just have to cut the pumpkin into pieces (remove the skin of course), apply a thin coat of olive oil then chuck it into the oven at 180 degree Celsius for an hour. Voila!
