Australia Day

This was my first time being in Australia during Australia Day, which is like the country’s national day to commemorate the day the British colonialists first arrived. I spent the about 4 hours with a bushwalking group from the National Parks Association walking from Milson’s Point to Cremone Foreshore Walk to Mosman and then to Bradley Head. During the walk we saw the aerial flypast and at Bradley Head saw the sail past of the old sailing ships as well as the helicopter flying the big Australia flag.

The walk offered great views of the Sydney harbour and many people were out and about having picnics, BBQs or lazing around their yacht.

It was a nice and relaxing day out!
