It was another gorgeous Spring day yesterday! For the third straight day, I took myself to the Botanical Gardens during lunch hour, kicked off my shoes, walked barefoot on the lawn and laid down to bathe in the sun. Who cares about getting grass in my hair and on my work clothes! Birds were chirping in the big, established trees whose branches were dressed in newly sprung leaves after the bare of winter. Wispy clouds were hanging against the blue canvas of the sky and the cool Spring breeze was caressing my face and blowing through my hair. Nearby, I heard someone sing out to her friend in wonderful spirit that such a fine day typically brings out in people, “What a great time to be alive!” Indeed so!
