Oh, I’m sssooooo bored! I’m sick of working on my assignments (not that I’ve achieved a lot….much to my chagrin!), sick of staying at home for the past few days and as interesting as my storybooks are, I’m sick of them too. I need to get out of the house!!!
Thankfully, relief will come tomorrow in the form of a day trip to Canberra. I will be going to Canberra with some friends to see Floriade, the annual flower festival that heralds the arrival of Spring. Floriade lasts for a month and this weekend is already the third weekend. I’ve never been to Floriade and I will have to catch it this year ‘cos I won’t be in Sydney next year or probably in the next couple of years.
So I’m looking forward to seeing the lovely flowers in bloom in all their myriad colours!
