I’m so happy that I have got the supervision visit for my practice teaching over and done with. That’s the end of my practice teaching sessions. Now I can concentrate on completing my assignments. For the past week, the supervision visit was all I could think about!
But yeah, it’s a huge relief to have passed this part of the course assessment. My supervisor from UTS said this week was a marked improvement from last week (I sort of screwed up last week and so had to do it again this week), albeit the fact that I have many areas which can be improved upon. But that comes with experience and practice.
I was quite nervous and muddled up a bit. At the end of the lesson, my supervisor pointed out my areas of weakness which I am already aware of, and will definitely work on to improve my teaching.
But the important thing for now is – I passed!
